BJJ Class Timesin Cork

Gi, NoGi, kids and Saturday open mat, six days a week. For adults your first class is free and you don’t need to book — turn up ten minutes early and say it’s your first time.

Kids classes work differently. Children are allocated to a class by age, size and ability, and spaces are limited, so contact Yvonne on 085 123 4539 before the first session rather than turning up.

Adults

Gi and NoGi, lunchtime and evening, coached by Ben and Barry. Evidence-informed coaching with a competition focus. All levels train together, with freestyle wrestling in every session.

Kids

Mini Grapplers at 4:30pm and Little Grapplers at 5:30pm, each running twice a week. Ages 4 to 13, coached by a Garda vetted team. Contact Yvonne before the first session.

Open Mat

Saturday 11:00am to 12:30pm. No instruction, just rolling. Visitors from other clubs welcome.

All classes run at Unit 24, Ballyvolane Commercial Park, Cork. Freestyle wrestling is taught inside every adults session rather than as a separate slot.

Kids classes run twice a week on a fixed pair of days. Mini Grapplers is the 4:30pm session, Little Grapplers the 5:30pm one, and we recommend children attend both days of whichever class they are in. Children are allocated to a class by age, size and ability, so contact Yvonne on 085 123 4539 before the first session — spaces are limited and classes may be full.
